Some variations exist between them, and all the parts fit and require some slightly different modifications to fit them. All these parts can be purchased direct from MRT or via our on-line shop.

600 HP kit, 10 disc upgrade kit
Until now, all MRs were only able to have 8 clutch disks/steels.
Evo X MR owners will now be able to utilize the same advancements in clutch technology that others have been using in 800+ hp Nissan GT-R.
Adding more clutch disks, with larger and a much more aggressive compound will allow for extreme levels of hp/tq.
By adding more disks to the equation you’re essentially shorting the distance the clutches and steels have to travel, thus making for incredibly fast shifting and response.
- Clutch Kit
500 HP kit
New and improved 500 HP rated clutch packs are now available for the EVO X MR!!!! Steels are required in order to function properly with these new upgraded disks. To obtain and maintain this power level other considerations, such as the oil cooler kit, along with new fluid, should be used as well.
Important: Installation of these clutches will require internal transmission work, professional installation is advised
- Clutch Kit
400 HP kit
Clutch Disc has 30-40% more gripping force over the stock clutch discs, due to an increased surface area. The disc itself is a complex compound of cotton, carbon fiber, synthetic organic fibers, and other materials. In fact, these new clutch discs are made out of the same material as used in GTR 700whp clutch discs.
These new materials add to the strength of the discs while still retaining the properties that allow it to hold up in the submerged oil environment of the TC-SST’s valve body.
This particular compound has been tested to hold 420-475 crank horse power and 410 foot pounds of torque at 200°F.
At these power levels the transmission’s fluid temperature will determine the amount of clamping force the clutch discs are able to exert.
To obtain and maintain this power level other considerations, such as the oil cooler kit, should be entertained as well.
- Limited SLip Differential
The SST trans has no limited slip, so for high output cars this is a must.
Supplied ready to use it has all the settings prepped ready for installation.

- SEAL KIT
As there are no spare parts for this trans from Mitsubishi, we can supply the required seals that you need when you do a trans repair or rebuild
various seals should be replaced with any work.

Includes 24 color-coded (Red, Green, Yellow) LED lights that change from green to yellow to red for immediate reference to the measured parameter, and an integrated thee-digit display that reveals real-time operating conditions.
